Members of our staff are available in the Lounge to help you check in, assist in coordinating your activities while you are our guest and to do whatever is required for your comfort.

Here you may send and receive faxes, take and make your local and international phone calls.

If you’re looking for a place to catch-up on the news, worldwide, check your e-mail, sneak into the library to read a book, or just hang out and relax, this is the place for you. For those who arrive in early spring and late fall or in the winter months, relaxing in front of the enormous fireplace is a favorite pastime.

In addition to the comfortable interior environment, the lounge has a large lakefront terrace, with glass window walls to offer wind protection, where you may relax after returning from the beach, or sit and watch the sunset or sunrise.

We’ve tried to make this area as “homey” as your own living room. So come on in, put up your feet and relax, or use one of the game tables for a hand of cards.

The reception and lounge at YAN KEE WAY is a comfortable 2,000 square foot building. For larger groups, this space is available for small meetings and seminars. We also have an additional executive seminar and meeting room on the grounds should your group require it. The lounge is equipped with men’s and women’s rest rooms and a small wet bar for your meeting’s requirements.

 A glass enclosed terrace in front of the reception louge is a wonderful spot to enjoy the beauty of Osorno Volcano and Lago Llanquihue.
